I'd rather see Test nice and low, TRT type doses (under 250mg PW for sure) with Tren and let it do what it does. Not just added to a hefty Test cycle. I'm sure that high Test (and Tren Ace too high and/or not frequent enough) are the cause of most Tren cycle problems. Not Tren itself. -

Itchy nips are a symptom, but beware of psychological gyno symptoms. Lumps behind nips and water retention (is your wedding ring tighter?) are better indicators IMHO. Personally I say, no symptoms, no AI. I have a (crazy) friend who cruises on a gram of Test (a week), no AI and has done for... -
Clomid during cycle
Plenty of men take Clomid for TRT long term. Male doses are very low, even lower when you consider our size. A cycle really isnt that long. Not sure, just thinking out loud really. Someone who is shutdown needs to try this and get bloods done...I might ;) -

From your language (GP, demanded etc) I'm guessing you're in the UK? The NHS isn't always that hot on TRT, trying it and just stopping, crazy long gaps between pins (very few are "allowed" to self pin), no AI etc. So keep us informed, keep posting here, there is a LOT more knowledge here. If you were injecting Test I hope it was, if you weren't..well, I don't really understand why you'd cycle and not (run Test), I'd rather run TRT dose Test than take 25mg/day Clomid. -
