    Option 2, not even close. NA-R-ALA is an amazing stable compound, that is also very expensive. If the label is legit, you will see results.

    All studies should be taken with a grain of salt. A lot of people swear by HICA, but I am not one of them. In comparison, a lot of studies deem CLA as worthless in terms of fat loss, and yet everytime I take it, I lose almost too much fat. Studies are not facts.

    If you feel find some, let me know. Powder city had their own 2 percent extract that I loved and was far far more cost efficient. I've tried a few bulk retailers online, and have learned the hard way, money wasted. True tongkat is my herb of choice but it is either overpriced or bunk.

    Ok, Im sure you are referencing some ergolog study and thats what you base your knowledge on, rather than personal physical experiences. Welp, I cut the creatine out, and hair went back to normal.
