Thanks! It was tough adding in cardio and cleaning up the diet at first. After about 3 weeks it became routine and I actually look forward to cardio. The trick for me is keeping cardio under 20 minutes 4x week. I'll watch youtube videos or listen to a podcast and it's over with pretty quickly.
I did the 8-10% bodyfat thing when I was younger. I don't really see the point anymore. Walking around at 12-15% you still look and feel great. To get below 10% I need HIT and major carb restriction. I also notice getting angry and forgetful more often because I'm hungry all the time. I got...
I agree! I felt strong but slow and tired all the time at over 220. In the past I've been able to maintain muscle and strength with a small caloric deficit, losing no more that 2 pounds each week. I've kept me strength so far which tells me I was carrying a lot of crap weight lol.
Hey bud. That's a benchblokz foam attachment. It's 1/2" and I use it when I'm working above 6 reps during with higher volume. The bottom range isn't a sticking point and it takes a little stress of the shoulders when I'm benching more frequently.
Once I get to 10 reps I'll start working with...
I held the state record in VA a few years back. I'm not sure what it is now. I pressed 442 pounds with a pause. It was my first full meet. I was dehydrated from a water cut and didn't have a chance to warm up. My gym lift the week prior was 455 paused. My technique is better now. I've...
I've been a member for a long time but mostly post in the supplement section. I still lurk in here though. Great to see everybody helping each other. Short story long...I got pretty strong (and fat) last year. I developed some bad habits as a result of working too many hours. I cut out all...
Nope! Check out the profile. I'm actually amazed how quickly it made a difference. It outperformed BPC 157 from two reputable suppliers. I will be the pineapple mango is great. The solution always gives solid recommendations and this one was well worth the price.

The solution recommended morphogen nutrition orthogen for it's excellent ingredient profile. I have had elbow pain for a couple months. BPC 157 from two different companies ran back to back for a month did nothing to improve the condition. 1 week in on othogen... noticeable improvement. This...
I drink at least a gallon of water daily, eat a balanced diet with veggies, and get plenty of cardio. I did lift the day before labs. Next time I'll stop creatine for a couple weeks and avoid lifting for a few days before labs to see if the number decreases. I believe it will.
Yes long term kidney health. I would like to continue supplementing with creatine but if the elevated creatinine from it impacts kidney health I'll discontinue.
My favorite routine when I had more time was a 5 day. Chest/bis, Legs/abs, shoulders/tris, Back/abs, deads/traps. I gained a ton of size and strength with this. Traps grew a lot too. I added 4 sets of supported rows after chest.
For lats I like Dorian's style of training. Seated pullover machine if you're lucky enough to have one, dumbbell pullovers if not 3 sets followed by pullups. I don't do weighted pullups instead I reduce rest periods between sets to stay in a certain rep range. I row heavy with a narrow angle...
I was 200 this morning. I'll cut about 5 more pounds then I'm good. I was up to 220 when I realized my cardio was crap and I needed to get my waist back down. I switched from bodybuilding to powerlifting for a few years and the technique changes made a big difference. Learning to tuck my...
