    I take 1 scoop of volatile to do cardio. I just enjoy the feeling I get from it once I am done. My legs getting an excellent pump and good Vascularity from it. We are working on a high stim PWO currently. It is just such a different product because you loose the Pump effect and it goes on...

    I actually could not tell you why. Ingredients work differently with everyone. We have an excellent following on refined and appetite suppression is still strong for me on one. I could not tell you to take two at once! We do tell people to take two in a day one in the AM and one around lunch.

    Volatile should be there any day now. All have shipped! Thanks Orange Endurance killed it at the Orlando Europa last weekend. It may have out done Melon 2:1 which really surprised me.

    Relaxing day. This is an excellent product but I would recommend you start at a half of serving and adjust from there. I need just less than a full serving and 6 hours of sleep I am golden. I take it a few times a week because I can't shut my brain down and stay asleep. Excellent for that!
