Any reason magnesium wasn't included in the electrolyte formula? I notice that most intraworkout formulas with electrolytes include both calcium and magnesium. Amino IV just has calcium.
The original reset ad that came out in 2007 was amazing. Ctd labs adrenal reset is pretty good but the original reset ad was much better. The difference is the rhodiola rosea I think. Reset ad didn't have it and ctd adrenal reset does. Maybe if they removed the rhodiola it would be more potent...
Yeah I workout first thing in the morning. For some reason I notice really good strength gains from it. It also prevents my joints/shoulder from acting up while i'm lifting which helps me get a better workout.
I've taken arachidonic acid many times before but I've recently noticed great performance benefits using cissus. So I'm wondering if it's still worthwhile using x-gels with cissus preworkout. Does it only make it less effective or completely pointless? Has anybody had results using them together...
The same exact thing happens with me. When I take zma or magnesium by itself before bed it makes it impossible for me to fall asleep. I will not use any sleep aid that contains magnesium. I take magnesium preworkout in the morning now with no problems.
I've used the crappy form of ecdy that everyone else uses and it didn't cause problems but not the extract that's contained in MPS. It might be combo of ingredients that's causing the problem so I don't know if it's the ecdy or the ecdy in combination with the other ingredients that's causing it.
No it's not but I know its the MPS because i've used it by itself and I get the same problems. I know it's the ecdy because I've used all of the other ingredients in MPS for years and never had an issue with them. Still a great product as the recovery was amazing I just can't stomach it I guess...
You can also add tyrosine or dl-phenylalanine to your bcaa's to address the dopamine reduction problem. You get the benefits of dopamine synthesis while still reducing tryptophan uptake. Very useful intra-workout to prevent fatigue.
Mass pro Synthagen just isn't for me. It makes nauseous, gives me a stomach ache, and makes me go hypo. The recovery was amazing but I just couldn't handle the side effects even at low doses. Your tranquilogen on the other hand is awesome for sleep and I use it with Adaptogen N so I get great...
Nitrates make me incredibly hypotensive and put me to sleep so I'm kinda disappointed, but it looks like a great product to everyone who isn't sensitive to them.
I have read it already but it still doesn't explain if lemon verbena is usefull if other antioxidants are taken around the same time in regards to exercise adaptations. I know lemon verbena has other exercise benefits but I just want to know if other antioxidants will ruin the main benefit of it.
