    dsade Update - It is now Friday evening 9pm and I just got home from work late. I regret to inform you that I still have not received my order. On top of that when I go to the USPS website to see if the tracking status has been updated, the status now shows the tracking number as "Not Trackable".

    I don't think it will be here by Thursday as I'm on the west coast and usually most packages take 5-7 business days to reach me unless they are coming from somewhere close by. But thank you for the offer to ship UPS if USPS fails again. Hopefully it won't have to come to that.

    Go with GTF Chromium aka Chromium Polynicotinic. Several reputable brands make a version of this and the usual dosage is 200mcg per tablet/cap. I use NOW brand GTF Chromium and pair it with Vanadyl Sulfate.

    If you are looking for something to dry you out a bit you could add SNS Bulbine or SNS Inhibit E. I've used SNS Bulbine many times and it helps whenever I am trying to recomp. Both are good products though. Currently running Inhibit E for the first time myself.
