It has been out for a little while (I first saw it a year or two ago on a research chem site). So, you may have seen it previously on one of those sites or may be thinking of F.A.A. Phenibut (which is just free amino acid phenibut)...which has been out even longer than F-Phenibut.
Do you take it on a full or empty stomach? I'm curious as to whether it makes a difference or not (would be easier to remember if I could just take it on a full stomach with my multivitamin at breakfast and dinner).
I did end up taking a second one this afternoon. About 8-9 hours after the first of I noticed the effects dropping off and irritability increasing. So, took a second one before my meeting and was calm and in a good mood for it. Really loving this supplement so far.
I've only taken it once (so, take anything I say with a grain of salt) but it does feel very different than the other kanna products I've tried (two were extracts and two were just the plain powder). In the past kanna was very stimulating to me and increased my anxiety too much. However, this...
Received mine today. So, I'll give it a try first thing tomorrow morning. I'll likely dose it at 50 mg in the morning and afternoon. I may go higher...depending on effects and duration. It's perfect timing because this week (and month really) is going to be very busy and stressful at work...
Initially, I really like the Shoden extract. It seemed to combine all of the positives (and none of the negatives) from KSM-66 and Sensoril. However, eventually it ended up just increasing my anxiety/irritability like every other ashwagandha I've tried. It's definitely worth a try...
I may be the only one that will request/want something like this but I would love to see a combination formula that helps with nausea/motion-sickness. I experience this on an almost daily basis and it greatly impacts any business related travel plans (sucks having to visit some of the...
That's why I'm trying it...different than other kanna I've tried and want something other than Kratom (or the occasional tianeptine sulfate) for mood/anxiety
The 10% never gave me nausea (only the 2% did; most people online mention that side effect only happening with the 2%). The fatigue isn't that bad and I love how it decreases my anxiety (even if making me a bit fatigued). Overall, it's a great product and I plan to keep taking it. I didn't mean...
I experienced tiredness and increase in anxiety with various products that included it. However, there were so many other ingredients that I don't know what was causing any of the effects. The only other solo TA product I've tried was the 2% extract from ND. One capsule doses didn't make me...
I've been taking the ND 10% extract for about a week and really like it. Huge boost in libido. It also has a nice calming effect. I do have to take it with some caffeine in the morning though because otherwise I get really sleepy about an hour later (MYASD on reddit mentioned this effect is...
Left a review of the tianeptine sulfate (Invalid Link Removed). Haven't tried the Flmodafinil yet.
Please excuse the brevity. Used my phone to post it while rocking my 3 month old to sleep (parental multi-tasking at its finest).
I'm normally not much of one for reviews, so this will be short and to the point. I ordered their 50 mg tianeptine sulfate tablets (along with 25 mg Flmodafinil tablets...which I haven't tried yet) about two weeks ago. The ordering process was very easy (used paypal) and responses to my...
