    Freedom of speech is not the freedom to say whatever you want without repercussions. It is the right to avoid governmental persecutions and loss of assets from stating an opinion. Phil was not arrested or had the government take his things. Ergo his freedom of speech was not impacted.

    The most important thing in any paper that wants to be respected is that the data/facts comes from proper sources. So it really does matter where the link originates. I.E. Peer reviewed, unbiased, not sponsored, replicable, etc.
