    Ya once you get in the "normal" dosages and still can sleep normal its... 3 tabs in the am , 3 tabs mid day, 2 tabs afternoon. Best be getting up early so you can sleep still.. all stacked with 200 mg of caffeine aka no preworkout or coffee during the day (shouldnt need it anyways)

    Yes at one point near the end of my 3 months of ephedrine I was doing 24mg x 3 a day .. total of 72mg. But only did it for the last week or so. I believe the best way is to build up to it

    Well after about 3 weeks I was dosing a total of 64mg a day 7 days a week! But I believe you said you only have 6 weeks before vacay. So you might have to go up higher in the mg earier?

    When you do your morning caffeine dose of 200, take the 8mg tab. You will probably feel nothing but it just standard if you have not taken Ephedrine before

    Well if you have never used Ephedrine before, than you should probably take one tab (8mg) with or without 100 mg of caffeine to see how your body responds.. I personally only do a EC stack as the aspirin is not really needed. Also I believe if you google ECA Stack they give you a pretty good...
