ZIR Did you have a chance to read the full article? Not sure how I feel about it personally.... they allowed one group to train for an extra 3 weeks in order to "ramp-up" to a given intensity, while having the other group start out at that high intensity.
I guess it does support the claim that...

Does not change the fact that to me feeling sore is a good indicator of an adequate workout for what I have found to will induce anabolism in myself... typically speaking the periods of...
I don't doubt the follistatin is fake... I got sucked into that garbage the first time they hyped it up on PM back on 2010. As for the DES.... i never felt like it was as good as lr3, but it still had effects for sure. Not placebo.

This was my favorite compound back in the day, but like all designer steroids... the quality control seems to diminish the longer it has been available, and eventually your left with a bunch of underdosed bunk garbage. Used epi-strong from mr. supps and it was no where near the same compound as...
it will take some time to adjust because it's a different tracking pattern then your used to. You may be weaker for a few weeks, but once your used to it, you should blow by your old plateaus
I guess I'm referring more to muscle damage than actual motor recruitment. I agree you cannot target the recruitment of motor neurons in different parts of a single muscle. What i'm not sure about is whether or not different angles, exercises, contraction length etc... create more stress tension...
