    Basic staple supplements like creatine, beta alaine, citrulline etc. if you aren't already using them. Natural supplements make marginal differences in regards to muscle growth whereas performance enhancing ingredients along with diet and training manipulation might be more effective.

    Any supplement won't have a greater impact that manipulation of diet and routine will have, sure some have benefits that might help one get past a plateau but in terms of muscle growth they don't have a long lasting impact.
