I think some of the biggest douchebags in the gym are the ones who will look around and actually judge people based off of what they're wearing to the gym. It's a GYM. You can literally wear whatever you want.
Bruh.
Monday chest
Tuesday bis and tris
Wednesday make an excuse not to do legs
Thursday chest
Friday bis tris and shoulders
Saturday back and bis
Sunday make an excuse to do bis and tris
Plan your schedule around this accordingly
I know how you feel! I walked into my gym really late one night, not expecting anyone to be there. I had my headphones in and my music was kinda loud, and I ripped one and didn't realize how loud it was until I looked behind me and saw a really cute girl sitting down staring at me...oh well.
Cooking at night really just helps me to stay on schedule, I'm on the go a lot as well. I'm 5'5", 185lbs and 12% BF according to the calipers. 305 bench, 500 deadlift, 405 squat and 185 overhead press, 21 years old
Pop tarts are wonderful for preworkout carbs, man. Usually what my meals are like are things like this-
1/2lb beef
Two tortillas
Peach mango salsa
Spinach
1/4lb beef
Low fat cheese
Spaghetti noodles
1/4lb beef
Tomato sauce
Things like that. I like beef, it's really the only meat I don't get...
Ahh, all right. Just out of curiosity, what's the reasoning behind ditching the EQ and keeping just anadrol/dbol and test? Will I just not be able to handle two Injectables?
Will you have a microwave available when you're on the go a lot?
Usually before I work out I slam a couple pop tarts and a banana. That's a lot of carbs, and pretty easy to bring with you anywhere. As far as other meals go for being on the go, I'd cook some meat the night before(chicken, fish...
I saw a picture like this that was shared all over Facebook, and you wouldn't believe the comments on there. Ridiculous.
"I'm a woman and I take offense to this"
"Why should women have to be the ones who clean up after the men"
"If I saw this at my gym I would never go there again. This is...
I haven't bought anything yet, I want to hash out all the details before I do so I know my first cycle goes well. If someone has advice, I'd love to hear it- I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Yeah, that's where I took that from. It's real though man, most of the douchebags in the gym are usually rookie AAS/PH users in their first year of lifting, they get tired of it, and move on not realizing what they just did to themselves hahaha.
Yeeepppp. I think the problem was the wide availability of prohormones a little while ago. Now with the ban and all, I think we'll see less and less people like that, but unfortunately there will always be those few that somehow believe it's a good idea to "juice" for a few years in college just...
All right! So what's the whole reasoning? I've always wondered! Is it because they don't fit under the hood, or it keeps sweat from them, or what? There must be a reason, but I always laugh!
My favorite is the dude who seems to be in every gym-
Headband
Some sort of "hardcore" lifting shirt
Short shorts
Chicken legs
Toe shoes
Wrist wraps
Attitude
I always work out in a hoodie and sweats just because I like to lift really warm. I never put the hood on though. I always laugh when I see the dudes wearing hoodies with their oversized beats headphones on the outsides of their hoods... Please tell me other people have seen this.
The easiest way to tell is looking up the compound used in each one. Check it out on the internet, if the compound used is any different then research both and find out the difference
I must be weird.
I haven't worn boxers, briefs, or anything of the sort for years. I like the feeling of being commando, it's addictive and I feel hella restricted and uncomfortable if I do wear any type of undergarment. The boys like to breathe!
Best feeling ever: sweatpants and commando.
I know what you mean!
Currently I'm on a cut from 200lbs- I've cut down to 191 in the past 4 weeks. But I'm only 5'5", and my bulk made me carry a bunch of fat. It's amazing how quickly your body adapts to a new diet and a caloric deficit though, I'm slowly starting to see cuts in muscle again...
