    Unanswered Joint Supps

Boswellia and Pycnogenol have more promise than any other ingredients per the research. I've mentioned it before, but I'm underwhelmed by cissus research. It appears to be palliative, but does not appear to prevent or help treat any issues with joint damage in humans. That concerns me in...

Best supplement for overall every day motivation?

No bias there. People who know me know I stick with the research. That is purely objective based on ingredients included. I have not seen another nootropic on the market formulated as well as Orange Brainwash. As was mentioned, benefits even improve with increased use.

Best supplement for overall every day motivation?

Orange Brainwash: easily the best dosed/formulated nootropic supp on the market right now.

Unanswered What's the best form of creatine?

Very few, and usually due to too large of an intake. Micronized often fixes that issue as well.

Unanswered What's the best form of creatine?

Micronized is monohydrate. It is simply micronized. Non-micronized mono will not dissolve in solution as readily as micronized monohydrate. All forms of creatine will dissolve a bit better in warmer vs colder water.

It is murine, so far from definitive (and probably unlikely). But the fact that it looks like so many people megadose ecdy is concerning. There certainly should be safety testing in humans to rule out possible kidney damage from ecdy supplementation. The above study was also Sub Q injection...

Topic of the Week: You were spoiled by Prohormones

I think people don't even realize that almost every major company was using things like prohormones, illegal stimulants, and PDE5 inhibitors in normal supplements in the 90s and early 2000s (without putting them on the label). I hear all the time how much better supplements used to work, then I...

    Unanswered ecdysterone any experience ?

The good news is, if this is true, reproducibility should be no issue. I'd hold off on vindication just yet as we may have another HMB on our hands. HMB seemed to be the next coming until you realize that even a leucine control mitigates its effects to essentially zero. But this does give a...

Because the pumps are from extracellular fluid retention. Great for hydration and endurance sports.

Unanswered What do you think is the most under rated ingredient/supplement?

If anything, cissus is way overrated for joints. It only appears to be palliative. Test boost is inconsequential, and the fat inhibition hasn’t been shown to translate to body comp. I’d love to see fracture healing data in humans. Under-rated would be boswellia and pycnogenol. They have...

You name it, I've pretty much tried it. Including Iron Forged. One of the problems Ive seen with many ecdy products over the years is they are a very real concern for prohormone spiking issues (which explains some of the very adamant anecdotal reports). Tread carefully, my friends.

lol, yea....damn science. WADA has had it banned for years even based off of insect data, it's a precautionary measure. I would love it to work. I tried a ton of different high potency sourcings at mega dosing. Sadly nothing, and the research isn't favourable either. The problem is that...
