  2. Steroids and immune system

My friend who used to work at an HIV clinic said this is why they used nandrolone long term but only used oxandrolone and oxymetholone for short periods, like less than 6 months.
  3. Steroids and immune system

One thing to add. This is totally true; but 19-nor's seem to have an immunostimulatory effect from what I read. But the regular androgens seem to decrease plasma cell activity.
  4. Studies on the in vivo metabolism of the SARM YK11: Identification and characterizati

Digestive enzymes? Like pancreatic amylase? If we found one of those that made The conversion it would be a game changer for sure.
  5. Studies on the in vivo metabolism of the SARM YK11: Identification and characterizati

Okay, this is genius actually. I've never thought of it. But yes you absolutely could do it. Two problems. 1)They would have to never ever ever be exposed to temperatures above body temp. If they are, they become denatured and no longer work. 2)The law covers whats known as "constructive...
  6. Studies on the in vivo metabolism of the SARM YK11: Identification and characterizati

Maybe. But downstream metabolites will (probably) need to interact with 17,20-desmolase in order to convert to something active. Hard to Do with an oral drug.
  7. Who has a thyroid problem? I got some subjective questions..

im not on any thyroid meds though. Have some borderline anti-thyroid antibodies, along with TSH that keeps creeping higher and higher. Also have other abnormal antibodies in my blood. Paraproteinemia with chiefly elevated IgM was found as well.
  8. Gyno possible mk677?

Yes, very possible indeed. Estradiol + IGF1-1 in localized injections has been studied with a good deal of success as a non surgical breast enhancement method. Fun fact: girls with Turner syndrome are given estrogen + IGF-1/GH with progesterone added in the end in order reach full breast...

Could be testosterone is a touch low. Ever check that? IIRC from endo class; most libido problems in young healthy men are from psych problems.

Thing is, I get my bloods done yearly with TSH, T3, T4. In 2015 my TSH was 2.88, in 2016 3.42, 2017 2.65, and now 2018 its 4.76. So its kinda trending up.
  13. MSTEN TD

By subq administration that would be true based on his PD studies he posted. I’ll admit, I’m blown away with this info. We now know this is true as far as M1T is concerned.
  14. MSTEN TD

Can you link me to this? I want to read it; not picking at you. But I doubt liver toxicity would be decreased to any appreciable degree. Fraction absorbed would go up though for sure; so lower dose needed.

  16. RPN HAVOC

  17. Who has a thyroid problem? I got some subjective questions..

Some have symptoms in subclinical, some dont. Grandpa and mom have it. So its in the family. My TSH bounced up to 4.76, then back down to 3.00. Two really high numbers. Anxiety has been insane the last two years, insomnia too. I can't sleep b/c I drag so much during the day that I never get as...
  18. Father prodding me to take TRT at 22 years of age due to adrenal fatigue.

~600-1200 TT is what you would expect in someone in their 20's who is healthy. No need for hormonal supplements. I'd check my thyroid levels though, much more common.
  19. Who has a thyroid problem? I got some subjective questions..

Nurse Prac is driving me nuts on a whole new level; what drives me nuts is she thinks she knows what shes doing but I keep having to correct her. But my TSH is unusually high. My mom has it, my grandpaw has it, so it runs in my family. I might try to get a refund.
