I shoulda ate a double cheeseburger and went overweight and guaranteed victory haha there aren't many heavyweights there
Few hours left before check ins
Skipped one meal and dropped serving sizes of other meals and now at 197.6 lbs with a tshirt and bball shorts on
Weighing myself with clothes on to make up for potential scale differences
Cut food intake by half of what we planned to try and keep weight down
And skipped a meal so far

Tuesday 2.5 gal salt ok

Freaking out about my weight!
Coach wants to carb up Thursday and Friday. But every time I carb up I gain 4-6 lbs
Just praying I drop an equal amount of water
One more day of depletion then slow carb up while dropping water
Starting xtract and dandelion root tomorrow 2x daily
All 7meals 6oz 99/1 turkey and asparagus
Dropping to 5oz when carbs are added Thursday and dropping post workout meal since I won't be working out, only cardio and posing
2.25 yesterday gonna try and bump it up!
But ever since we dropped the flavored bcaa it's harder to drink water haha it tasted soooo good before I could smash 3gal no problem
Energy levels low in the gym.
Cardio endurance is still ok though, doing hiit style for my first session on the stairmaster to try and burn up some glycogen stores.
