Sust 500 to Kickstart and test e 250 (continuing test e at 500 after sust ends)
Deca 400 with 800 front load
Superdrol weeks 1-4 and last 2 weeks of cycle plus while test is clearing
Cycle length will be about 16 weeks...
Annnnnd coach added 50 more calories to each cardio session. FML. Need to shred up faster!!!
ECAY finished tomorrow.
Switching to:
Clen 40mcg 6AM (2 days on 1 day off)
Yohimbine 5mg 6AM, 7.5mg 11am, 5mg 4pm

Ecay: finishing the last few days then switching to Clen
Thanks bros. good to be back home after the weekend at the expo. Took a power nap. Pounded a meal and now gonna hit legs
Was glad the hotel had a nice little gym to keep up fasted cardio and a fridge for meals
Not too impressed with the expo. The booths were fine but it was so crowded. I haven't been in 4 years but this year is crazy crowded according to a few pros and staff/fitness models that I know there.
Trained at metroflex today. Hit some back and biceps.
Wasn't too impressed with their back machines. I much prefer world gym. But I did like the chains and tires and outdoor area that most gyms don't have.
To any of you bros who have used ketotifen
Should I ......
A. take it for the first few days when switching from ECAY to Clen
B. Go straight from ECAY to Clen and take ketotifen during the end of the 2 week Clen cycle
C. Switch from ECAY to Clen and take ketotifen during the off week from Clen
Yeah rest between sets in my opinion is the downfall of most bodybuilders. Gotta find the happy medium between getting rest and not resting too long.
If powerlifting then obviously you'd need more rest.
I'm old school when it comes to natural supps.
