Maybe scale back the cardio 20% for 2 weeks and see how your weight is. Keep the diet the same.
Then after 2 weeks if you're still not gaining try adding 25g protein and 25g carbs to your daily macros. Keep the cardio at the 20% reduction...

Digestion is 50% better than in the photos. A little less bloated now, thank The Lord.

Yeah. I can't remember exact percentages but I'm still a fan of high protein even on high carb days. I just play with fats and carbs with only slightly changing protein.

Protein is a lot higher than last prep, as are calories. But I'm also 28lbs heavier
I carb cycled for my last prep more frequently than coach has me doing.
He also keeps fat low where I had them higher on lower/no carb days.
