Thanks guys!! Really helping me out here.... My workouts during the week will have to be in the mornings before work. 5am! Weekends whenever. Do you recommend a protein shake when I wake up? Then maybe around lunch. Then at dinner time? I know there are "better" times to take them then others...
Is eating chicken breast with veggies 5 days a week for lunch ok? Also when do you guys take protein shakes? Morning, afternoon, workouts ?? I am just looking to get into a routine and keep it. Thanks again
