    Id move those BCAAs intra workout and dose the HICA there as well, then keep a feeding of protein post workout. You could use any type of quality protein source at this time since you've had proper nutrition leading to that point. I usually have potatoes and meat post workout.

    Lol, I have no idea and I'm not sure we will ever get a definitive answer on this one. Perhaps dose it according to your own hypothesis in regards to its metabolism. I still dont think its going to have that much of a difference either way, but I like to keep things simple and to the point.

    If you had test e or cyp I would just dose it on sunday so its pretty much 50/50 split. You could try with the omna, levels might be a bit wacky but it could still work.

    It would provide the most stable levels to split the doses in two, so monday do 230mg (half omna + half trt), and then thursday do the other half. Once you're done just resume your once weekly trt inject.

    I doubt either makes any difference at all in the GRAND SCHEME. I mean think about how small of a difference dosing carbs with ArA would make, if any. People around here get so caught up in this minutia its like theyre having a discussion on quantum mechanics instead of building muscle.
