Hey all! I've recently been in the market for a good tasting bcaa supp and antioxidant blend... Came across muscle martini in my supp shop. Has anyone tried this? Any effect on DOMS? (My calves were sore beyond use almost for 4 days last week) and any other suggestions would be wonderful...
Hey ladies!! Few quick questions from anyone with experience
I'm 2 wks post op for 400cc unders and slipping... I mean hard. I know I can't lift so my motivation is falling away quick. All I can do is walk/bike when I'm used to hiit/heavy lifts/skipping/sprints etc... I'm going nuts
