I've been doing these with a band and I get a really strong contraction at the end of the movement. The only drawback is you don't get the stretch at the top.
My gyno has reduced, I'm on my 3rd week of this daily :
1 Letrone
2 Prolactrone
2 Viron
3 Dermacrine pumps
I believe that the Letrone has reduced it since I have taken all of these other products before.
I hear what you're saying and I thought similarly but try them out and you'll see that they feel very different. I've never really felt my lower lats before this. Make sure you do these after you have a good pump since the shoulders are in a delicate position at the beginning of the movement.
Yes he did. I'm thinking about trying it with just a band next time for a great peak contraction, won't get as good of a stretch at the beginning but I have shoulder issues anyway. Lol
Tried these today and I really, really like them! I felt these all in my lower lats and felt absolutely nothing in my biceps.

This was taken a couple of days before the last pics. I asked 2 of the personal trainers at my gym and they said I was pretty close to single digits. Oh well
"overuse" is much more specific imo. Elbow pain from too much benching would be an example.
"overreaching" from workout out too frequently, too intensely, or too long a duration is a great way to elicit supercompensation.
