You guys should get a pullup bar. I did a Chad Waterbury routine where I did pull ups and push-ups everyday in my spare time and it paid off pretty well.
Not a fan at all. My girlfriend is Seventh Day Adventist and almost all of them are vegetarians. Most of them get a lot of their protein from Soy products and it just seems like so many of them have tons of allergies and health issues even though they try to live a fairly healthy lifestyle. Just...
beegirl32, you will get differing opinions on how to run the clen. I haven't tried it yet but from the research I gathered about 75% of the people will say to run the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and run an E/C stack during your off time.
Some I just put the powder in my mouth and drink something, others I mix the powder with a favored water drink. I buy lots of stuff in bulk powder form.
I don't think it's too much to do short term. I would highly recommend carbs pre-workout though. After my last and most successful recomp I realized that this is the one thing I'll never do again is cut out pre-workout carbs.
