    I have ( Bioforge ) but the thing that kinda sways me on that is its dependency on dosing with food at an accurate time each time.

    Ive been out of the supplement game for a bit now, and even working out as much as I did... Life had other plans. What Im looking for is something for recomping/test boosting. Last I was using stuff from PES, but Im sure there are other companies out there that have proven safe/effective.

    From searching on here i see that there are pretty much two effect Cissus can give the user. One being the most desired is the joint properties. Second being the pump effects. I'm after the joint effects, when I caped my bulk I came out with 600mg of active per cap. What is the best all around...

    I didnt think so but PA was kinda throwing me a curve ball there... whats the dose for cissus RX and powerfull? Im wanting to run cissus prolly 2g AM 2g PM and powerfull ( is it pre or post workout? ) and maybe at night. I also read that these cannot be ran all year long. they must be cycled...

    Its easier. And more accurate IMO. If I cap there can be variation on the mixing of the active and the fillers etc. I have caps here just duno if I want to cap. I think a size 0 cap is 450mg to the brim. sO i would just take two of those daily.

    Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on PEG-400 now days? All the threads I came across for safety were back on 2004, and nothing recent. Usually the info changes and opnions change on it. I bought some PEG-400 and it said Do not ingest etc. Hmm. Thanks fellas.
