I'm dialed in pretty nicely with my T levels and Estrogen and I have pretty good lipids So I'd like to avoid messing with that. not to mention the risk of the doc finding out I'm messing around with AAS and booting me off the program.
I've been on TRT for close to a year. 160mg of cyp puts me at 585 on my trough day. I'm at 12% body fat and follow a cyclic Keto diet. I'm kinda plateauing with my diet/training which is why I'd like to explore using a SARM to help push past this sticking point.

Sh*t, I was using the Newmans organic (k-cups) thinking it was a good choice for quick and easy coffee. I have a small grinder and a French press but for the life of me I can't get a good cup of coffee out of it. I assume that I'm not using the right grind for the press...any tips?

Just wanted to follow up on this...On workout days I've been using X-gels (4 caps) and Hemavol (2 scoops) 45min pre-workout. I'm also taking DAA every night before bed. So far so good...really f#ckin' good. PR'd on the Deadlift yesterday 425 x 8! I'm feeling pumped and tight long after a workout...
