    apologies once again but work has been hectic, I have started PCT and to be honest feel better than on the cycle which is strange weights are still going up which is good and sessions are not any tougher feel good overall but will see in 4 weeks if I can keep this going

    Again sorry must do better with updates, now on Day 29 and feeling better with weights and stamina but not seeing massive changes in physique but have lost weight around my waist going to up the cardio now so hopefully that will bring about some better changes

    Day 18 - Shoulders another good workout however more spots especially on my legs so it must be working now and feel better now I have added 30g of carbs into my diet which has alleviated the hunger pangs, hopefully will go another week or so without a cheat meal

    Day 15 - chest & Tris training went really well and have to say feeling slightly alpha now with libido feeling much better as well trained harder than normal with extra reps so going well

    Day 11 - Legs ouch another brutal workout and had to stop once before I was sick, man its hard whilst running on low carbs but worth it I can definitely see improvements in my stomach area as my trousers are slack now no libido yet but changed locations on the Dermacrine to see if that helps
