  1. Capping raws process?

    Lets say swim has 1g of raws he wants 20 mg each. I weight out the 20 mg put it in the cap , weight it. Write that number down. Than fill another cap with 20mg raw and fill rest of cap up with filler , weigh it again, Than take the full cap i just weighed and mines the number from the raw only...
