i do overnight oats..friggen delicous...
1/2 cup oats
1 tblsp dark cocoa
1tsp cinnimon
1 scoop protein
handful of walnuts
handfull of frozen berries
2tbsp hemp hearts
1tbsp flax seed
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
mix everything in a large tupperwear cup, put in the fridge overnight

then why are you doing a Super Mandro log? lol which looked like it had awesome results for a 30 day with only Mandro.....
because there could possibly be a time and place for PHs?
