    Thanks for the reply. Yes I know about the liver issues and I will be and have been taking milk thistle. Hawthorn berry for the BP. The Instone stuff... it's like $4 more than just plain 6-oxo and it includes trib and ZMA also... I just figured I'd give it a try... No complaints I think...
