    I train for about 1 3/4 hrs which includes 20 minutes of cardio at the end of my workout and I feel like I can go another hour. I'm 54 yo and use to compete in powerlifting back in the day an still train the powerlifts heavy and hit the cardio hard. This combo works great for me.
