    I use a Lemon&Herb seasoning on my broccoli, which tastes great. I believe the brand is McCormick's or something like that.

    Yes I am. Carbs early on tapering off in the afternoon/evening and switching to veggies. Went to Costco and bought some chicken, steak, oatmeal, and a bunch of brocolli and asparagus.
