    Nice.....like I said before, if you want to see a better results try two scoops of the Hemavol, especially at 200lbs. Im 247 and see better results with two. Everybody is different though so as long as you are happy with the one scoop the awesome, it will last you longer!! Lol

    Kinda looks like they Prodigy and Thermadex can be used together as Prodigy is a lower stim pre workout and Thermadex has some stims in it!! Im a stim kinda guy, but Prodigy might be something to look at when on a bit of a break.
