Just to throwing out some possibilities, but from what I’ve read on this forum aren’t you normally a pretty physically active blue collar type guy? And recently just took a break from work? I have no scientific reasoning behind this but maybe that change has screwed with your appetite some how.
You’ll need to wait longer than 1 week to start pct with that ester. 3 is probably good. Or you could switch to short ester the last few weeks of cycle so you can start pct sooner.
I feel like it really helps loosen up the fascia improving my mobility and recovery. I think it’s more useful acutely like whenever I’d have an injury flare up like my lower back or if my shoulder was feeling jammed up.
I get regular chiropractic care and often that involves cupping and dry needling. Definitely recommend as someone who’s trashed their body at a young age. Keeps me in the game so to speak.
Going to play devils advocate here. Personally I think gh and insulin are more beginner/intermediate friendly than alluded to on the forums.
The issue arises with guys who want to be spoon fed info and don’t do any real appreciable research. So long as you understand what the compounds are...
Good advice in here but I’ll add you should start pct 5 weeks after last pin of E of C esters. 4-5 half-lives is generally the clearance time. 2 weeks is the commonly parroted (and incorrect) info given. But you’ll still have too much exo androgens in your blood to restart at that point.
You started your pct too soon. You have to let the drugs, in this case deca, clear your system. Unfortunately the deca ester has like a 14 day half life so you’d have to wait roughly 70 days after last pin to have a real chance at pct. This is typically why guys who pct should avoid deca and eq.
