Basically Monday chest goes
Incline reverse grip bench press (20,12,10,8)
Flat DB press (12,10,8)
Incline DB fly (3x12)
Decline BB press (12,10,8)
Cable fly
Position body in front of machine 8 reps
Body in center 8 reps
Body slightly behind 8 reps
DB pullover (2 or 3 sets of 12)
