Sorry for the delay in the response. We don't release the amount of product per patch except when it's a single ingredient (yes, the dreaded "proprietary" label). The recommended dosing is 1 patch pre-workout, if you work out early in the morning you apply it the evening before. I've done... -

You can get colostrum from anything that lactates, you have to get it fresh though so be sure you suckle at the teets of the young cows that just had calves, not the old cows. You could also head to the nursery at your local hospital, lots of colostrum there too. Stuff will put weight on you...- Milas
