I wish I would have started earlier in the year. I wanted to cut being summer but then decided I didn't want to waste the DMZ not getting bigger so I bumped back up to 3k cals with 200+ protein and >100g fat. I've went from 195 to 199-201 range so far.

I'm on day 10 DMZ and ar1macare and it hasn't shut down yet. Still can get it up but does seem to take longer. The worst part is actually seems I'm way less sensitive so nothing feels as good as normal
