So I just received my gameday box in the mail. Tomorrow will start the official review. I will be starting with 1/2 scoop and see from there.

My goal is to qualify for NPC Nationals and USA's in the Men's Physique Division. I have 6 more shows lined up this year in my quest to qualify for those shows and then my goal will be to earn my IFBB pro card.
Thanks but since my indv routine was horrible 1st show ever I ended up T16 with 7 others. Very tough show and class. I competed again last night at the John Kemper Classic men's physique division and got anywhere from 6th-8th place. Placement and pictures to be post later ib the week.

I competed last weekend in the Men's Physique Division at the NPC Steve Stone New York Metropolitan Championships. Here are 2 pics of me from the show.
I workout at a gym that is split between bodybuilders with some competing and then powerlifters that actually compete. It may be small in NJ but all the top pros have been there over the years.
Now if MMG was by the Tribeca Performing Arts Theater then I would eat everything in site on Saturday between prejudging and the night show at the NY Mets
I live in Jersey too and will use MMG on my cheat days during contest prep or during the off season. Not bad choices all around and their choices are in My Fitness Pal.
The first question all depends on your diet and what % you started your prep at.
Most will stop cardio one week prior while some will go until the Wednesday before when all workouts end.
Carb loading begins 2-3 days prior depending on how you look.
