I have a huge off season wrestling tournament coming up in about a month and I seemed to have enjoyed my freedom since the regular season ended a little too much ;), and I'm about 15-20 pounds over what I need to be. Any cutting advice to shed this weight fast but healthy?
One thing that I haven't shared before is that under no circumstances will I do any type of workout/ exercise on a Sunday. That day is reserved for church and family.
Well not to long ago I finished my wresting practice, at first the BCAA worked like a dream, I started to feel a little energy and more focused, I was able to go longer and harder than I have been able to. Until I worked a little too hard and threw up everything I've eaten today.. Haha. But...
Right now highschool, it's off season freestyle. I got held back a year because I got really sick. So instead of graduating in 2013 I am graduating in 2014. But I have had a couple coaches contact me and what not.
Used Volatile today for a max workout today, great stuff!! Awesome pumps, I had to use a regular water bottle today though, couldn't find my Cyclone Cup! But it mixed okay, a little bit was left at the bottom but I re-shook harder and took care of most of it. There was a good amount of foam but...
C4 by Cellucore is a very nice pre workout. I tried it a couple of times. I got great energy and focus from it. I'm currently tryin out Volatile and I love it! Not as much stim as C4 but I personally like it better. But C4 and Volatile are both great choices.
