i remember i had these lumps right in my nipple when i was 17. it was weird. ever since then I've had puffy nips :/ -

Chin ups everyday?
I do 4 sets for warnup and stretch. On cardio days i do 5x12 Its a great cuz it gets ur HR up really fast- ludbg
