I would drop all caffeine and stims and see what happens. I ran epiandro in the past and my blood pressure elevated as well. I dropped coffee and preworkouts and my blood pressure dropped to normal ranges.
This ^^^ not being a jerk man, but you really sound like you need to cut and reevaluate your progress then. Nobody should have 17 inch arms after blasting a gram of test a week for an extended period of time, all while sporting a 35 inch waist.
I agree with many of the previous poster’s recommendations on upping calories.
100 grams of fat and 90 some grams of protein is NOT Keto by the way. That’s just starving.
Bump that fat up to 160g+ and you will feel way better.
