The worst thing about all these things is the fact that one day there is a study showing XYZ and the next day ZYX. There always seems to be something that supports both sides of the argument.
The article you posted was in 2007, the information I got regarding carbohydrates is from Nutrition...
Again, for the most part these are just my opinion based off my own personal research.
When it comes down to it, we all make our own decisions as to how we eat/train. Obviously we are all different so each person will need diff requirements, therefor I dont feel I need a diet high in protein...
Not really sure about your case. However, a pre-workout shake isnt really necessary. If its the combination of pre-workout and protein that is causing the headache, you might want to ditch the protein shake and just take the pre-workout. Then after, take your post workout if it doesnt bug you.
I dont have any of the articles saved on the comp Im at but if you search around Im sure you can find some. Some studies show that long term high protein diets lead to heart conditions and decrease in liver and kidney functions. A lot of bodybuilders have also mentioned that their high protein...
First off, how much do you weigh?
Secondly, are you 100% sure its the protein shakes that are causing the nausea and not being dehydrated? If it is the protein shakes, are you having a reaction to the type of protein used?

As far as supplements go I would take out the glucosamine and just use GLC 2000. I have a blown out shoulder, torn acl, broken ulna, and...
Imagine how I feel when i pop 3 pre-workout with some agmatine, beta, and other stuff! LOL
I personally take 2 anabetas postworkout with a scoop of rec which has 27g of carbs followed an hour later with a meal that includes 50g carbs.
Youve been dieting and training for only a few months and you want to do a ph...
Ditch the idea of running a ph and focus on dieting and training harder. If you made it down to 10%, its not that much harder to hit 7%. Dial in on your nutrition, become more mentally focused before you hit the...
When i first started taking anabeta I did get light headed, but that subsided after a week.
As far as frontloading, the only "drawback" is the immense pump associated with anabeta and the fact that I want to eat entire cows leaving the gym.
If your joints dont hurt you can bump it up to 3 or 4...
