    Switching from daa to intimidate is the only thing Ive changed in the last 4-5 weeks. It seems to be gettin better. Im sure it just took a while for my digestive system to adjust.

    Side effects: you feel foggy and headaches. I wouldnt use it over 7 to 10 days but you might be able to use other methods and carry it over. Regardless, its not the safest route. I would stick to nettle leaf, dandelion, and asparagus and supplement with vitamin C
