I still vote shaker/blender cups. Im on the go nearly 8 hours a day and 4 of them would look good in my 6pack bag. HAHA
i eat 130g banana every morning. I go to costco, purchase a bunch in bulk, cut them up and freeze them. Makes my morning protein shake taste great.
Good for that insulin spike in the morning too.
Ive used 1mr before and its pretty concentrated. So mixing 1 scoop of that with jack3d could be pretty heavy.
As far as mixing, i like mixing wyked and supersize. Wyked gives me the energy i need while supersize gives me the focus.
Just my opinion.
I take 1 first thing in the morning with flax and fish oil, then another in the afternoon with fish and flax, and one more at night with fish and flax.
If you have facebook and are friends with Taurus nutrition, they put out a link of one of their suppliers that is having a sale on their products.
wyked is one of them.
I ran the OEP/Alphat2/Erase combo, however I had to stop it after two weeks. OEP made my heart feel like it was being ripped out.
On a side note, i did feel like i got leaner for the 2 weeks i was on it.
