Coming back from the flu last week. Still not 100% but I gotta get back to it. My diet took a backseat when I go sick so I'm actually up about 7lbs. I think most of that is water and bounce back.
Probably still shouldn't be in here but I was losing it not being able to lift.

Yeah I really like USP bcaa. I logged iSatori bcaa a bit ago. Not bad either. I like to do them before before and mix two servings. When I get up in the middle of the night I take the second serving. Works out pretty good for me anyway

Mine have never been a strong point for me but they are almost 19". I hit chest triceps on Mondays, back biceps on Tuesdays then on Friday I would do arms on Friday. Get a nice pump all week.
I'm looking to do one. I'm pretty heavy right now though. I'll cut to 225 by Christmas and evaluate from there. The show I'm liking to do is in mod march or April
