    I would preexhaust triceps before jumping into arms. I love throwing close grip and dips In. Weight dips are a killer

    Yeah I really like USP bcaa. I logged iSatori bcaa a bit ago. Not bad either. I like to do them before before and mix two servings. When I get up in the middle of the night I take the second serving. Works out pretty good for me anyway

  14. Just looking for some input on my arms workout!

    Mine have never been a strong point for me but they are almost 19". I hit chest triceps on Mondays, back biceps on Tuesdays then on Friday I would do arms on Friday. Get a nice pump all week.

    I count all sources. I know a lot of guys that do 1g per lb of lean body mass. I do about 1.25 per lb. and about 1.5g of carbs. Sometimes more.
