So basically its safe to consume "food grade" potassium nitrate? (KNO3) About to run out of High Volume and need a nitrate replacement lolol. All i want to know is if i buy the food grade potassium nitrate and throw a gram in my pre workout will i explode? :dunno:
The only problem with GMS is its a saturated fat. Take that into account when dosing because 10g GMS is 10g of fat I believe. Make sure it works into macros just like soy lecithin. Might as well buy bulk Hydromax. Cheap AF and a much higher glycerol yield.

Hell yes. Love me some Noopept. Really notice a mood boost when i take it. I dose about 10mg 3x daily and it does seem to have an additive effect over time. I always throw 10mg in my pre workout.
