    this was back in the 90's, and he did use chapstick.. it affects others differently. I'm just saying it should be used as a last resort.. and only if you habe severe cystic acne.

    I agree.. druggies shouldn't have kids in the first place.. but who keeps track of infants and kids? nobody. unless somebody they know turns them into child services, who knows how long they'd suffer with drug-addicted caregivers? not to mention somebody meth'd out and driving hits me and my son...
