    If your in the army a 3 day strength based routine will only compliment that imo. you could focus on your compounds as you mentioned deads/squats/bench and your accessory for the day could be things like pull ups/dips/push ups ect.     Anybody find it hard to eat as soon you wake?

    I'm another that finds it hard to eat upon waking which is 6am for me. So as others have mentioned a quick protein shake and a banana. Then about 2 hours later it's my normal steak and brown rice, and the meals continue until macros are hit.

    If your bulking and looking for a quick snack theres nothing wrong with throwing in some pb&j sangas! but if your supplementing a lot of your other meals with the pb&js well thats no good and you gotta lose the addiction lol.
