    Ya as far as I know HCG is funky, it has a fractory half-life (not sure if I phrased that right)... meaning it's bi-phasic, so two-part. In any case it's half life is something like up to 36 hrs, so you may want to stop your last HCG pin at least 3 days before starting PCT

    raloxifene is the best serm at binding and blocking estrogen receptors at breast tissue. Combined with a mild AI, should get rid of your gyno (say 60mg ralox/day for a few weeks, and maybe adex or aromasin dosed daily at whatever you feel is necessary) Can also use nolva in the same manner

    as mentioned above, less 2-3 hr workouts, more food and rest (lower workouts to 45 mins-1hr when getting closer to natty time.) I've went 2 hrs before, was exhausted. Listen to your body and do what you feel you and it can handle safely to avoid injury from overtraining

    doesn't much matter when you start Erase, but it's good to extend it a week or two past the SERM. Not totally necessary, just ideal. I've used SERM only PCT with no AI and was just fine before, no side effects
