Tonight's workout has changed AGAIN... With Jeff (onlychevy6) training to do the Warrior Dash in March and me thinking about attempting to do it in April he has us doing this crazy @$$ workout! I thought I was going to fall over once I was done and even drank Beast Mode mixed with BCAA...

Yes, but that stuff is nasty and I don't like the "tingles"! I feel like I have "creepy crawlies" all over me!! Jeff (onlychevy6) says I am a baseball player calling plays since I am scratching etc. lol
Sorry everyone forgot to let you know I am no longer taking finaflex! I started a new log since I am taking Beast Mode (pre workout) Supplement!! Even though I took two pills at one time and thought I was going to have a fit I lost approximately 10-12lbs while taking Pro Xanthine 500-XT...
Once again I took the Beast Mode (mixed with BCAA) before working out and I didn't get the "creepy crawlies" all over me this time nor did they last as long! Yay!!

My strength before taking it was ok but I have been able to lift a little heavier since I have been taking it! As far as, endurance, it seems to be helping as I'm able to do more "reps" during the workout and I'm not "dead" tired!!
