Currently on a bulk and have trouble taking in enough calories at times so I take in a weight gainer but I would like to stop buying them to save money as they are quite expensive.any ideas on how to make one that has at least 500 calories per serving?:)

Can I ask since I'm a little confused also.if I continue lifting and training hard while on a cut.then wouldn't I need to eat a lot as in a caloric surplus to gain muscle?then wouldn't it not be a cut but more of a bulk?

There isn't much difference actually.the only difference is that by seating you isolate more of your bicep because there is less chances of you twisting and jerking your body to lift the weight and you recruit less muscles in trying to balance your weight and body.but there is actually no point...
It's up to you but what you should do on non workout days is to lower your carb intake and increase your protein.you can maybe decrease your calories around 200 on non workout days.either way it's fine.

Can someone tell me how much protein should I take?i know this sounds a little silly but recently I read two articles saying that a gram and more of protein per pound of body weight is too much but I've been consuming around 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.have I been taking too much?
