I have slight tear in medial maniscus in both knees. Surgery is not recommended so I do suffer from knee pain, still haven't found my go to supplement for joint comfort/support. Willing to try anything until I find what works best.

THE "ORIGINAL" 300 WORKOUT
Pullups - 25 reps
Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. - 50 reps

I like it a LOT. I need to make sure I'm lifting more than eye fcking the weight (that's the intense focus). But when I do lift the weight I do more reps and when I usually would rerack the weight I will get 2-4 more reps in. Did bump it up to two scoops.
I have a few more weeks of DAA/Erase/PCT forged. Once I'm done I'm gonna start pre-loading with cycle assist for two weeks. For a total of around 5 weeks before I take my first dose of Halo-25.

I usually have a handy one gallon jug in my mini fridge, but that wasn't the case that night. I went with 2 scoops of micro yesterday just to give it a try without the down effects of drinking the previous night. Micro is solid
